With its headquarters based in Houston Texas, Houston Internet Consulting Services, a subsidiary of Ideas Plus Co., was founded in March of 1994 as a small, computer networks and Internet consulting firm, consulting with large corporations like Softhard Systems, Inc., Loomis International, Heftel Broadcasting and Conagra International just to name a few.

The company later began offering its services to smaller customers, at unbeatable costs, and soon to follow its international clientele. Houston Internet Consulting Services, now has a full staff of in-house graphic designers, programmers, networks specialists and dedicated project managers.

The company started as a home based, one-man-show in Spring, Texas just north of Houston. The company soon grew by moving its headquarters to Houston, occupying 1200 square feet of office and warehouse space and a 1800 square foot branch office in Mexico City, to handle the Latin America market.

In 1996 Houston Internet Consulting Services, joined forces with another marketing company from Mexico City to support its major fortune 5000 companies in Mexico. Business then grew from less than $70,000 to an average $800,000 of yearly gross sales with the branch offices and subsidiary companies in Mexico.
